Common Application Issues

Form Not Submitting

If your application form is not submitting, there are several common causes to check. First, verify that all required fields (marked with an asterisk *) have been completed. Required fields left empty will prevent submission. Second, check that your email address is in a valid format (e.g., [email protected]). Third, ensure all date fields are properly formatted and contain valid dates. Finally, check your internet connection, as intermittent connectivity can cause submission failures.

If you continue to experience issues after checking all of the above, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different web browser. If the problem persists, contact our support team with a description of the error and screenshots if possible.

Confirmation Email Not Received

If you have not received a confirmation email after submitting your application, follow these steps in order:

  1. Wait at least 15 minutes, as there may be a delay in email delivery
  2. Check your spam, junk, or promotions email folder, as automated messages may be filtered
  3. Search your inbox for emails from our domain (uketaexpert.com)
  4. Verify that the email address you entered during the application is correct
  5. If none of the above resolves the issue, contact our support team with details about when you submitted your application

Unable to Log In

Login issues can be caused by several factors. Ensure you are using the exact email address you registered during the application process (not a different email account). Check that Caps Lock is not enabled when entering your password. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function on the login page. If your account appears to be locked or you receive an error message, contact our support team for assistance.

Passport Number Errors

Your passport number must be entered exactly as it appears on your passport's biographical page. Do not include spaces, hyphens, or special characters unless they appear on your passport. Some passports include letters as well as numbers in the passport number — ensure these are entered correctly. If you realise you have entered an incorrect passport number after submission, contact our support team immediately, as this is a critical detail that must match your travel document.

Payment Issues

If your payment is being declined, check that your card details are entered correctly, your card has not expired, and sufficient funds are available. Some banks may block international or online transactions by default — contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction if needed. If you continue to experience payment difficulties, try using a different card or contact our support team for alternative payment assistance.

Browser Compatibility

Our application form works best on modern, up-to-date web browsers. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you experience display issues or unexpected behaviour, ensure your browser is updated to the latest version. Disable browser extensions that may interfere with form functionality (such as ad blockers or auto-fill extensions) if you encounter problems.
