Application Status

Track Your Application

After submitting your UK ETA application through our platform, you can monitor its progress using the reference number provided in your confirmation email. This page provides detailed information about how the tracking process works, what each status means, and how to resolve common issues that may arise during tracking.

We understand that waiting for your application result can be stressful, especially when you have travel plans to finalise. Our tracking system is designed to keep you informed at every stage of the process, so you always know where your application stands.

How to Track Your Application

When you submitted your application, a confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided during the application process. This email contains a unique reference number that serves as your application identifier. To track your application:

  1. Navigate to the login page of our website
  2. Enter the email address and password you used during your application
  3. Once logged in, your application dashboard will display the current status of your application
  4. You can also use your reference number to look up the specific application you wish to track

Understanding Application Statuses

During the processing of your application, you may see various status updates. Understanding what each status means will help you know what to expect and whether any action is required on your part.

Submitted

Your application has been successfully submitted and is awaiting processing. No action is required on your part at this stage. The application is in the queue and will be reviewed in due course.

Under Review

Your application is currently being reviewed by the UK authorities. This is a standard part of the process and indicates that your application is actively being assessed. Processing times may vary.

Additional Information Required

The authorities have requested additional information or documentation to complete the assessment of your application. Check your email for specific details about what is needed and respond promptly to avoid delays.

Approved

Your ETA has been approved and is now linked electronically to your passport. You are authorised to travel to the United Kingdom. An approval confirmation has been sent to your email address.

Not Approved

Your application has not been approved at this time. The notification email will typically include information about the reason and any available options for next steps.

What to Do While Waiting

While your application is being processed, there is typically no action required on your part. However, the following recommendations can help ensure a smooth process:

  • Regularly check the email address you provided for any communications from the UK authorities or our support team
  • Check your spam or junk email folder, as automated messages may sometimes be filtered by your email provider
  • Do not submit a duplicate application, as this may cause confusion and could potentially delay the processing of your original submission
  • Keep your reference number stored safely and accessible for future tracking or enquiries
  • Avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until your ETA status has been confirmed

Common Tracking Questions and Issues

I haven't received a confirmation email

If you completed the application process but did not receive a confirmation email, first check your spam or junk email folder. If the email is not there, verify that the email address you entered during the application is correct. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, contact our support team with as much detail as possible about your application, and we will assist you in retrieving your reference number.

My application status hasn't changed

Processing times can vary depending on several factors, including application volume and individual circumstances. If your status has not changed for an extended period, this does not necessarily indicate a problem. Allow adequate time for the authorities to review your application before reaching out. If you are concerned about the timeline, our support team can provide general guidance, though we cannot influence the processing speed.

I cannot log into my account

If you are having trouble accessing your account, ensure you are using the correct email address — the one you registered during the application process. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page. If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team for assistance.

I need to update information on a submitted application

If you discover an error in your submitted application or need to update certain details, visit our Edit Application page for information about the modification process. The ability to modify an application depends on its current processing status.

My application was not approved

If your application was not approved, the notification you received should include information about the decision and any available next steps. We recommend reviewing this information carefully. Our support team can provide general guidance, but we cannot influence or appeal decisions made by the UK authorities.

Multiple Applications

If you submitted applications for multiple travellers (such as family members), each application is processed individually and may progress at different rates. You can track each application separately using the respective reference numbers. It is normal for applications submitted at the same time to have different processing timelines.

After Your ETA Is Approved

Once your ETA has been approved, it is electronically linked to your passport. You do not need to print or carry any physical documents related to your ETA. Airlines and UK Border Force can verify your ETA status electronically using your passport details. However, we recommend keeping a record of your approval confirmation for your own reference.
